Calcium is an important nutrition for teeth. It makes teeth healthy and strong. Calcium rich diet is the best way to get calcium for your body. Lots of calcium supplements are available in market and you may take it if your diet falls short of calcium but you must understand how much calcium is needed for your body as it has both pros and cons. Prefer adding some calcium rich foods in your daily diet for healthy bones and teeth.
