Want to stop smoking or using tobacco products?
Tarrant County Public Health offers free classes that help Tarrant County residents learn how to stop smoking and using tobacco products. The program uses the American Lung Association Freedom From Smoking curriculum. Participants receive a free reference workbook,a quit kit, and support when they enroll and complete the program.
